Minnesota State University Moorhead was founded in 1887 as a leading school for educating teachers in the state of Minnesota. Today, MSUM has majors from business and healthcare administration to construction management and video production.

Their Need

The Minnesota State University Moorhead Alumni Foundation approached us in January 2019 to discuss their first ever Giving Day event on April 30th. The Giving Day event was a way for MSUM to raise money for student scholarships in various programs. Being the first event of its kind, MSUM wanted to kick it off with full campaign video to help build excitement and engagement in the MSUM alumni community. Along with the campaign video they wanted us to produce a video which was released a day after Giving Day, thanking alumni that donated money to MSUM students.

The Solution

Advertise Edge took the opportunity to create a powerful branding video for Minnesota State University Moorhead. From creating the concept, script and storyboard to final cut, Advertise Edge produced the full video creation process in house. This required many hours of collaborating with executives and board members of MSUM to fully understand the branding, culture and spirit of Minnesota State University Moorhead. We are very proud to of the end result of the video from a creative standpoint however, the number one goal is always a sizable return on investment for our clients.
